Once a project is secured, we remain fully engaged throughout the process, guiding it through the design stage, programme development and procurement phases. We prepare and produce the necessary documents to present, manage and reference during the subsequent months of the project.

We aim to work closely with the design team, suppliers, and client to ensure the original design is preserved, while staying within the allowances set at the tender submission.

Once the project is agreed upon, detailed, and a sub-contract is issued, we go over the documents to make sure all points match the agreement and are covered from the earlier stages.

Once a project is live and on site, we carry out the traditional QS role, providing detailed cost control and commercial management on an ongoing basis. We offer comprehensive QS services throughout the project’s lifecycle, from mobilisation through to completion and final account. Having had the benefit of compiling the tender and procurement documents, we ensure that any design changes issued, or discrepancies observed on site, are promptly captured, assessed for cost and programme impact, and actioned accordingly.
