We are able to offer a variety of professional services to both Builders and Subcontractor companies.

A brief outline of the services we offer are listed below. However should you wish to discuss further or a service that may not be listed, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

We offer the following services in full:

  • Review of tender drawings, specification and establish the scope.

  • Digital take off using Bluebeam Revu 20 software, but also able to measure by hand from elevations, plans and sections, producing detailed and accurate take-offs from drawings. A key benefit of this has always been the use of the highlighted / annotated drawings to clarify allowance, exclusion and ultimately define the full scope of what has been tendered.

  • Production of full and detailed Bills of Quantities, this would be populated electronically, set out in a clear format. Each item measured would have its own rate, these rates are specific to that project and are established by utilising material prices received from your preferred suppliers. Other items that build-up the rates, such as labour, plant, prelims and mark-up would be discussed and mutually agreed.

  • Request information, prices and specifications from suppliers and architect / client.

  • Compile a tender submission, this would be produced and be inclusive of a letter, specification, standard T&C's, scope drawings and a drawing register.

  • If required discuss and follow up tenders with clients and make necessary amendments and re-issue.

  • Evaluate Sub-Contracts once received and return with comments regarding the contractual position and follow through to execution of the Sub-Contract.

  • Populate applications, issue interim applications and keep a running Final Account position.

  • Quantify and issue costs for variations with justification and accompanying build-ups.

  • Attend progress meetings on site.

  • Material scheduling.

  • Site measurement.

  • General ongoing Contractual advice.

  • Attend Final Account meetings and agree the Final Account with the client.
